If our designated Copyright Agent receives your counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease the disabling process within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner takes legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, we may restore the removed content or access to it within a timeframe of 10 to 14 business days, depending on our discretion.

Pursuant to the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy that may result in the termination of users who are identified as repeat infringers. Additionally, we may exercise our discretion to limit access to the Site or terminate the accounts of users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether the infringement has occurred repeatedly.
